Bedtime Routines

Establishing a bedtime routine from as early as just a few weeks old will stand you in good stead.
Even if you feel like the rest of your day has gone pear shaped, knowing that you have some structure around bedtime may help you to feel like you're back in the driving seat.
There is lots of evidence around a good bedtime routine contributing to better sleep (other factors such as daytime naps, calories and activity are important too) and anything we can do to secure good sleep must be a good thing!
